ChartandKeel is a free, open maritime learning reference. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The site uses your browser's local storage only for on-device features:

• Learning progress — topics completed, streaks, bookmarks
• Display preferences — theme and similar settings

This data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.

What we don't use

• No accounts, no logins
• No third-party ad cookies or cross-site trackers

Hosting logs

Pages are served as static files. The hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamps) for security and reliability. These are not used to identify or profile readers.

Managing storage

Clearing your browser's site data removes locally stored progress and preferences. The site keeps working — your progress just resets.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date above will be updated.
